Need Care Now?
When you twist your ankle or your daughter develops a rash, you want to connect with a provider sooner rather than later. That’s why we offer several options for quick, convenient care for minor illnesses and injuries, in addition to your primary care office location.
Care Team Phone Line – Not sure of the best care option for your health concern? Call your primary care team’s appointment line for questions. They can connect you with the appropriate treatment option for your concern. Hours vary by location.
Treatment options:
Telephone: There are many conditions that can be treated over the phone following a triage assessment, which can help you save both time and money. Our appointment line staff can connect you with a registered nurse who can assess your symptoms and provide treatment options or refer you for alternative care.
Virtual Video (VV): Video consults can help you get the care you need without leaving home. Here's how to know whether an online visit is right for you:
Video appointments are available to patients with an active Patient Online Services account and access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer that has a webcam, microphone, and speakers. If it is determined that a video visit is the right option for you, you will receive instructions for conducting your video visit prior to your appointment. Here are some helpful videos to introduce you to the process:
- Connecting to a Video Appointment through the Mayo Clinic App on a mobile device
- Connecting to a Video Appointment through a desktop or laptop computer
Face-to-Face (F2F): If a face-to-face visit is required for hands-on care, our staff can assist you with scheduling an appointment with your primary care team.
